    This system is a relatively perfect judge automatic voice notification system, to realize the judge automatic notification function。Using the judges extraction module, once the judges are extracted according to the requirements, the automatic voice notification function system is started through the extraction form generated by the system。The voice phone calls the selected judges directly to determine the list of participating judges。
    System operation adopts C/S(client/server) architecture, the client interface is friendly, easy to operate。
    Using this system, not only can reduce a lot of manpower and material resources, but also can greatly improve the efficiency of work。
Second, system functions
    1.After the judges are selected from the French package system, the automatic voice notification system is enabled to notify the selected judges one by one according to the list of selected judges, and then the feedback information of the judges answering the phone (agree to participate and do not agree to participate) is recorded in the "original library"。The judge who agrees to participate in the automatic voice notification system tells him or her that he or she has confirmed his or her agreement to participate in a bid evaluation activity, please arrive on time。
    2.Automatic avoidance:
The selected judges who have participated in the same profession should have an automatic avoidance function in the future notice, that is, the judges who have participated in the unit will no longer be notified;
    3.Manual avoidance:
       The system can not distinguish the avoidance situation, the system provides manual addition of avoidance methods;
    4.One extraction can not meet the requirements of participation can be repeated several times。
    5.Dial again:
      The same judge's notice, automatically dial three times;If the mobile phone is busy, it can automatically dial three times when the existing personnel list notification cannot meet the requirements.
    6.Automatic hang up:
      During the process of notifying the judges: no one answers after the call is made, wait 20 seconds for no one to answer and hang up automatically;After answering the phone, delay 2-3 seconds before speaking, and any link is designed to wait 20 seconds for the end of the voice notification, and automatically hang up after 20 seconds;
    7.After the server sends the notification command, the server receives the notification command and automatically notifies the server. After the notification is completed, the notification result is recorded and written to the database。
    8.Notification queue:
      Real-time monitoring of the whole process of notification, showing the participants, but also need to notify personnel;You can cancel the notification command for the item during the notification process。
    9.Project Management has been informed:
      Query and manage the notified items。
    10.The jury management has been informed:
      According to the user's inquiry, the notification information of the notified personnel is managed;Print query results。
    11.Judges information statistics:
       According to the user's inquiry, statistics of the judges' notification records, including: whether the number of participants, the number of busy tone, the number of no answer, the number of avoidance, the number of late and early leave, etc.;Print statistics。
    12.Import data:
       Import the data of the manually notified items。
